New HD Forest Director

I am very happy to inform you that Morten Thorøe will start as the Director of HD Forest on 1st April 2022. Morten Thorøe will be in charge of HD Forest across the three Baltic states.
Morten is 48 and has a master's degree in forestry from Copenhagen University. In recent years, Morten has been self-employed, including work as the secretariat manager of PEFC Denmark, and has completed a range of consulting assignments in forestry and forestry investments. Morten has been the Secretary General at the Confederation of European Forest Owners based in Brussels and, prior to that, the Forest Manager at Scottish Woodland, based in Scotland.

We are certain that, with his experience from several areas in forestry and with the employees of HD Forest, Morten can help develop HD Forest further so that we can still offer unique services and management of their areas to local forest owners and forest investors in the Baltics.
